Artist's Comments

EDIT: I'm tired of ignorant little immature twats flaming my opinion on this. As you can clearly see by all the faves and positive attention this stamp has gotten, it's clear it IS a good message and well supported within the dolling community. EVEN dA agrees that dollmaker dolls shouldn't be posted on the site. They want the shit to be scrapped unless you made the work. FAQ #502: Can I submit 'Dolls', 'Characters' or other things which I made on certain websites in games or with 'generators'?

Now grow up. Get off your lazy ass and do the art yourself. Practice, practice, practice and practice some more! I didn't get to where I am today by using doll makers or any other kind of art generator. >C

Okay, really, wth is up with the influx of people posting dollmaker dolls on dA? Because majority of people who make them and post them on dA can't pixel for crap? Because it's easy art? For the love of humanity, STOP IT.

Dollmaker dolls are technically not YOUR art (unless you made the base or the pixel work in which case it is). I fully believe that these dolls should NOT be posted on DeviantArt unless you created most everything in it.

Technically unless you did the pixel work then it's not YOUR art and dA is for showcasing YOUR OWN art.

Who CARES if it looks like your OC or fanart of your favorite celebrity/anime character/game character/etc!! It still doesn't make the pixel work yours! And don't snap at me saying using bases is art theft. It's not. Because technically you are making everything but the body which makes it so you did more than enough to say it isn't art theft. In fact, if you purposely don't credit the base maker, THEN it's art theft (unintentionally or unable to relocate the base doesn't count).

STOP POSTING DOLLMAKER DOLLS ON DEVIANTART! DUMP THEM IN YOUR PHOTOBUCKET OR ON IMAGESHACK!

Dolls in this stamp were made off of a dollmaker I commonly see used. There are many more dollmaker dolls I have seen but these specific chibi style ones are the most common.

Dolls in stamp by Lunaii-Dollmaker. Credit fully goes to them and I in NO WAY claim the art as my own. I used it as an example only.
