Still Paying

Not maturing because it's just a butt. :I I just wanted to doll something quick and simple but HAHA this was not easy when it came to the face edits. *SOBS* I had a real issue working with the nose.

But yeah, this is Nienna and she's a friend of Idi's. Nienna was an only child and her father was a vorcha. Her mother was already near the end of her lifespan when she decided it was "now or never" when it came to having a child. Yet she didn't want a long term relationship either. Hence why Nienna's an asari-vorcha offspring. Nienna grew up like a normal child so she had a pretty average life. Her mother had spent all her life studying various things all around the galaxy. She had quite a penchant for knowledge and a lot of it was shared with Nienna. Nienna was close to her mother but eventually moved out and made a life for herself.

Nienna worked in stores on Illium. She was pretty good at what she did but there came a point where her mother began to grow ill and deteriorate health wise. Nienna paid heaps of credits to try and help her mother. It was expensive to keep that up so she started working more and took longer hours. Eventually she ran herself into a rut. She became too tired to work and her job performance slipped to where she was fired. Nienna's mother passed away not long after but Nienna was there to say her goodbyes. While content that her mother died in peace, Nienna was broke and she started beating herself up over it. Working on Illium though, she recalled hearing about Omega and how some merchants got their goods from it and made it off pretty well. With what little she had left, Nienna visited to see if she could manage that and get back on her feet. A bad investment or two later and she had nothing left.

Nienna took up a job at Afterlife as a dancer, desperate to earn her way off the station. The patrons didn't pay well so she started selling herself on the side as a prostitute. That continued until 2183 when a new asari showed up and took over as a bartender. It wasn't until a rude and possessive man tried getting her into bed that the other asari stepped in. Nienna declined the man's offer no matter what she was offered and this caused a fight. The bartender, Relena, intervened and in the end pretty much saved Nienna's life. They became fast friends and Relena talked Nienna out of her "side business". Eventually Relena quit to go train when news about the human colonies disappearing started coming up. Nienna remained on Omega and eventually lost contact with Relena.

Post-ME3 Relena showed up again, this time going by "Idi'". He extended an offer to relocate Nienna with what money he had left from helping in the war effort. Nienna has yet to accept or decline his offer due to internal conflict.

Misc Info: Idi' likes to refer to Nienna as "Angel" to annoy her. He'll also pull pranks on her occasionally which Nienna has a hard time tolerating some days. They're good friends but Nienna admits Idi's not the smartest and that she wouldn't consider him "dating material". Idi's her only friend pretty much, so she's at least inclined to keep in contact with him. She also tends to find it weird that Idi' identifies as male and sometimes picks on him about that.
