History:
Ninian was a kokiri that hails from the Kokiri Forest. She was like any other kokiri but more of a tomboy in comparison to the other girls. Ninian lived an average life in the forest and played around with most all of the forest races day in and day out. Through these games she'd developed a pretty good accuracy in using ranged weapons like slingshots and boomerangs. When she was challenged to try a bow, Ninian didn't hesitate and seemed to get used to the idea pretty quickly. Though not the best of aim at first, she decided to train herself how to use a bow. Hitting a moving target eventually became her goal to better practice after a while of using stationary targets. Seeing that hunters and gatherers among them used bows, Ninian offered her assistance in getting food for the rest of the kokiri. Once she started to hunt game she found herself quickly frustrated but loved the challenge and kept at it, using her fairy's help to train herself better.

Eventually she had become one of the more efficient hunters with her skills. Ninian enjoyed what she did to help and made quite a lot of friends while in the forest. Everything was just as it normally was until one hunt. She split off from other kokiri to check one of her traps as they foraged for plant based food such as fruit and nuts. In doing so, Ninian found her trap was ineffective and resulted in a loss. Upset and not wanting to return empty handed, Ninian tried to find something to hunt. She had stayed within the range of protection during her search, but it was after she found something that things went south.

As she ran to keep up with her target, Ninian went out of range of the area of protection in the forest. Her fairy warned her, but Ninian didn't listen as she was too invested in her hunt. She'd openly refused to let her chance slip her by. Unable to kill the target, Ninian was more than frustrated when she lost the animal she was after. It was then that she tried to return to the Kokiri Forest, but she couldn't find her way back. Her fairy refused to lead her back, sticking to saying that it was Ninian's own fault and that she should have listened. Despite the argument they had, Ninian couldn't convince her partner to lead her home. She was worried as she'd heard rumor about how lost kokiri turn into koroks. Scared of the idea, Ninian spent the next few days trying to get back home but couldn't manage it. Instead she eventually stumbled into Hyrule Field.

Ninian traveled Hyrule after leaving the forest. She had hoped to find someone that could convince her fairy to lead her home, stuck on the fact that said fairy wouldn't listen to her. It'd been rough in Hyrule and Ninian didn't have the easiest of times due to not knowing anything about the world beyond the forest. She was usually seen in towns during the evening, using them for safety from the nighttime monsters in the fields. During the day she'd hunt her own food where possible, but she and her fairy both would pester travelers for food. They worked together to survive while traveling Hyrule.

Ninian had been out of the forest for a long while and people became increasingly difficult to interact with as she began changing. The way she was treated made her avoid contact more and more as covering up her changes became difficult. Ninian survived for a long while, but her luck ran out on a night following an unsuccessful hunting day. Refusing to ask village residents for food, Ninian went outside of said village despite her fairy's advice. Hunting was unsuccessful and Ninian ventured far enough to have a run in with wild stal. Her weapons ineffective, it was not too long before she ended up fatally wounded. Being unable to run quickly doomed her. Ninian's fairy managed to draw the stal away, leaving Ninian enough time to crawl back to the village. When she was in the safe area just outside the village, Ninian collapsed and lost all movement. Her fairy came back but was upset at what it was seeing. Though the fairy wanted to stay, it couldn't bear to. In those last few moments with her, the kokiri could tell her fairy was acting strange. It protested saying it wasn't and would go get help. However, that was a lie and the fairy fled for the forest. That was the last time Ninian saw her fairy partner.

Left alone suffering from hunger and her wounds, Ninian was filled with regret. Luckily a pair of strange individuals happened upon her. She didn't speak to them - physically unable to - and just watched as the mysterious pair argued. The last thing Ninian heard before death was a strangely soothing song. Healed by the song, Ninian vanished from the world and left only a mask behind. The girl of the odd duo retrieved the mask which she'd later give to the Princess of Hyrule.

*accidental favorite. hand slipped again. T_T*
I personally think Earth Arrows are pretty interesting concepts, like it would create a big rock prison around those hit by it.
