Yes I am still alive and working on art-trades. I'm trying to get these things out of the way now. This is for a trade I have with my dolling sister *twili-angel. She asked for Ruby while I asked her to sketch Ranisa Valein.

She has the same rule I do "Participants post their half first, then I post mine." xD I decided to follow her rule of that instead of mine because I wasn't sure if I'd get this done anytime soon. BUT ANYWAYS I'll get to see her half of the trade tomorrow, lol.

Posted this here because I kinda like it. My secondary account doesn't get a lot of attention so putting work I am kind of proud of on it just doesn't make sense.

Anyways this was pretty fun, save the black shading. I never like how I shade black. Lol. My favorite part of this has to be the hair. I think I finally mastered Ruby's hairstyle. |:

You really did a nice job with the hair and you remembered the ring; that really was the icing on the cake for me, so to speak. c:

Cool base choice as well. Thanks a lot for doing such a great job~

Heee. XD It wasn't looking so hot as I worked on it, but after I finished it turned out much better than I thought it would. SO I'M HAPPY TO HEAR YOU LIKE IT. :hug:
